I just noticed that there is a REST-based upload API for Cloud Reco. Is there something like that for ImageTargets?
The VWS API only applies to the Cloud Recognition service, but if you're interested in seeing it extend to Device Databases please post to the wish list. We've gotten a few similar requests. https://developer.vuforia.com/forum/general-discussion/wish-list
