White box on iPad

August 29, 2011 - 8:06am #1

Hi,

I'm compiling an app for an ipad2 (latest unity3d and qualcomm plugin). Xcode is compiling without an error but when the app is running on the iPad all I see is a black screen with a white box in the top left corner.

Is there something I need to change to get it running?

target: iOS 4.3, armv6+armv7, iPad

Hi Kim,

I'm using the full version of unity and ios pro. I had the android demo running and started the project there. The console output was helping because I saw that qualcomm wasn't even running inside the app.
I compared it with the output from the bowl example and saw that the whole qr code was not starting.
The solution was to start a new project on Mac with QRAR iOS and move my stuff there. Just importing the android project and adding the iOS part wasn't working.

Thanks!

Have you tried running the ImageTargets sample as a starting point? If you are having the same problem with the sample, please copy the runtime log and share it here. You can access the log via the Console in Xcode (command-shift-R).

Also, out of curiosity are you using a trial version of Unity?
