Work in PlayMode but cannot work in Android device

I have adopted the code shown in the below, it can work in play mode in Unity.
 
However, it only shows the button and black background in my android deivce(Samsung Note2), and close the app automatically.
 
Dose anyone know what is the problem of my suitation?

Were you having any problems before installing Unity 4.2.2?

It is my first time for using Unity,

Moreover,i  found that if i delect the coding of the GUI, it can run in my andriod. is it something wrong in GUI coding?

Check the instruction at that link, they'll show you how to write the ADB log to a file. But you also might consider installing Eclipse, because it will be helpful for debugging purposes going forward.

Were you having any problems before installing Unity 4.2.2?

I have reboot the mobile device.

Also, the unity version is 4.2.2f1, the vuforia version is 2.6 and  the andriod OS version is 4.1.2

But i am not using the Eclipse , how can i check the logcat?

Was your app running properly before implementing the code in those threads? 

Also which Unity version are you running, which Vuforia version, and which Android OS version.

And it will be helpful if you check your build and run log for errors. You can see that in the Eclipse DDMS or by saving logcat to a file via the command line.
