Unfortunately no, this was deprecated some time ago.
Could you please let me know what the use-case would to use the front-camera? I will than provide it to Product Management for review.

I think there are a lot of applications that can use the front camera, I just finished a quick prototype meant to be used with the front camera and found out the support was removed a few versions back.
