Hello,
I am currently developing an application with Unity 5.4.2f2 and Vuforia 6.2.10.
I set the camera's focus mode to continous auto and enable persist extended tracking.
When Vuforia detects a target, I unload the old scene if is not the good one, load the corresponding scene and active all root objects.
But, after playing 2-3 minutes and switching scenes, the application freeze and I have to kill it and restart the application.
I know that Unity needs many process and memory when we change scene. But I have some questions:
1) Is Vuforia scanning all frames ?
2) How does the camera manage the continous auto mode ? Is it trying to change the camera’s focus for each frames ?
3) If I stop and start Vuforia, is Vuforia keeping settings ?
4) Do you have others tips to decrease the process and memory when a new scene is displayed?
Thank you all for reading and for your help.
Hello,

1) Is Vuforia scanning all frames ?

Yes. When the camera is initialized through the Vuforia SDK, every camera frame will be processed.
