AR Architectural walktrough

Hello, 

i need help with the following scenario. I have a 3d building that is loaded when the AR Camera sees the marker. After the building is loaded i want to be able to zoom in into a room in the building. in the final stage i want to be able to walktrough the room and be able to select objects and change attributes of the object like colour or texture. 

up to now i only manage to make the building appear (load) when the AR camera sees the marker. And i'm stuck. I'm not able to zoom in or out. i have to actually move the camera closer to the marker to zoom in but i keep loosing the model when the marker is not in the frame. 

How do i make the model remain in the scene after load regardless of the marker beeing in the frame anymore.?

How can i zoom  in the building to get into( or load a separate scene) my second 3d model (room)?

How can i walktrough my second model (room) like i do with the normal unity camera? 

i'm a total newbies so please excuse my confusion. I'm trying to make a android app and i'm confused regarding vuforia and unity cameras. Can they be used together on the android phone? How can i build a controller to move the camera trough my room? Can i use FPS with Vuforia?
