AR hangs and cannot load next scene after virtual  button trigger ,

 

When I try it on my computer in works well. but after building it into mobile (Android) , I am stucked at the AR scene. and does that load the next scene. please help . thank you

Could you please confirm the Vuforia SDK and Unity version that you using?

In addition do you have a logcat dump when the issue is being reproduced?

When you say stuck? does it freeze? or is the new scene not loading?

Good day! 

 

I am using 

 

Unity version: 2018.3.12f1

 

Vuforia version: v8.1.10

 

The AR scene. suddenly freeze or the app itself freeze.
