Assembly with name '***' already exists

I'm not sure how to fix this error, this error occurred after I upgraded my projects Unity version from 2018 to 2020. I've resolved most of the issues that occurred but I've been unable to find the solution to this issue. I've attached an image below with all the error messages.

Hi,

I believe you have now 2 Vuforia folders installed. 1 through packagemanger available under Packages and another that was with the project from 2018.

Please delete the folder Vuforia under Assets.

Hi,

Strange occurrance. If you have installed 9.3.3 you should have under the Packages folder -> Vuforia Engine AR.

Do you have under the Assets folder, maybe a folder Vuforia? (not under the StreamingAssets)
