We have a live version of our app and it works perfectly on all devices except Samsung where on initial install it seems to work fine but after a few continuous hours of play with AR when the APP is started again it gets stuck at Black Screen.
As an initial tryouts, we tried re-installing, clearing caches, etc but no solution there.
On checking it on an affected device, in LogCat got the following error for Vuforia.

We are Vuforia 8.1.10.
We are in soft launch mode currently but are going to go full throttle in a months time. Can we get some suggestion on how about solving this issue ?
