Black Screen - Unity 2018.2.5f1 + Xcode 9.4.1 (9F2000) + iOS 11.4.1 (15G77)

A couple of days ago I updated to Unity 2018.2.5f1 (as the iOS app I had been working on stopped working on my iOS device). I also updated to Xcode version 9.4.1 (9F2000) so that it would support the iOS version on my iPad - iOS 11.4.1 (15G77).

As a result the AR app works (the camera seems to be sensing) but the live video background is not being displayed, and just shows black.

Does anyone have a fix for this issue? Thanks

Same issue here, second Apple rejection in a row with Unity 2018.2.6f1, tried with one patch in the forums and delayed initialization but also rejected. Is there any reliable version to do a successful submission to the App Store?

We've been approved with 5.6 and legacy Vuforia 6 before but the problem was then on customers devices showing black screens.

I am seeing this black screen issue when using your same versions of iOS, XCode, and Vuforia, but with Unity 2018.2.6f1 (one version newer than the one you use). However, if I wait ~10 seconds the camera feed starts. If you wait a while, do you eventually see the camera feed or is it permanently black for you? I've also noticed that this seems to occur when I launch the app offline and it resolves after launching the app with an internet connection. However, I'm still trying to consistently reproduce and resolve the issue and will continue investigating.

Can you confirm whether or not you screen remains black indefinitely or if the camera feed eventually displays after a 10-20 second delay?

The Vuforia version should be visible within the Vuforia Configuration. Are you not seeing a version in this file?

It doesn't say what version of Vuforia it is in Unity, however when I try to update Vuforia from the Unity Help menu it tells me that Vuforia is up to date.
