Camera Renders White on Windows 10

While developing my app, the camera rendered correctly. I uploaded to windows store, it passes all of the tests. When you install, the camera is not rendering the camera background. Instead it is rendering white. However, I have a semi transparent menu that the camera renders what it should. When the model loads, it renders the model, but on a white background. 

Am I missing something or is this a bug? Is there a known work around for this?
