Can ARCore be disable?

I'm trying to test my app in a samsung s6 edge (SM-G925F) but isn't possible because need Google services AR. My app is't just a 3d model nothing advanced.

1) Are there any possibility to disable that?

2) How can i test my app in this phone?

Please help me, i'm new on this topic.

ARCore can be disabled from unity. Below is the article on ARCore with Vuforia
