can't download vuforia update 8-1-7 for unity

why i can't download vuforia update for unity and i got xml error Access denied ??

Strange. I was just able to download the installer artifact and run it.

Seems like it is a networking issue, perhaps indicating a problem with the routing or DNS? Just thoughts...

My vuforia configuration doesn't display the new 8.1 version. It is stuck at 8.0.10. I restarted Unity but nothing changed. I can't find the download link on vuforia's website.

It was a product decision to not support Vuforia Engine SDK 8.1 with Unity 2018.2. I don't have privy to these reasons: business, technical or otherwise.

I have the same problem. Trying to get Extended tracking to work for a day now but it all comes down to Vuforia not updating correctly. Its stuck on the last version after updating and restarting. I went through the steps to move my Unity Version out of the Hub and rename it.
