Can't seem to find option to enable Vuforia in new Unity

Unity Version: 2019.4.6 Personal

Vuforia Version: 8.3.8 (Found this in Assets > Vuforia > Version)

I'm getting some errors (image attached below) since I upgraded from 2018 to 2019 for a project and when searching up the solution I came up across a possible solution that I need to enable Vuforia. However, unlike the 2018 version this new version of unity does not seem to give me the option of enabling Vuforia (image attached below), could somebody help me out.

There where some changes on how Unity deals with XR mgmt plugin and with the newer versions of Vuforia you don't need to enable it anymore.

Unfortunately I don't believe that 8.3.8 will work with Unity 2019.4. Our recommendation is to use 9.3.3. with 2019.4+

This issue persisted for the 2020 version as well but I managed to resolve this by downloading the Vuforia SDK directly from the site. This resolved a lot of the Vuforia related issues I was having.
