Hello,
I'm attempting to update to the newest version of Vuforia.
I downloaded the Unity installer through the Unity editor link (the one that says vuforia is out of date), and got the following file:
UnitySetup-Vuforia-AR-Support-for-Editor-2018.1
Attempting to execute this file, and pointing it to my install location ./Program Files/Unity/Editor I get the error message: "Can't find Unity.exe!" and it stops.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
A
Hi,
Hi,
I did it two hours ago and I didn't go into any troubles...
Maybe you have to choose "Unity" folder instead of "Unity/Editor" folder ? I don't remember which I chose, sorry. :/
Have you renammed Unity.exe ?
Have not renamed the Unity
Have not renamed the Unity.exe
My unity folder isn't "Unity" though, as i have multiple versions. This folder is called "Unity2018" - could that be an issue?
From loooking around the forums it seems this is a widespread issue... Any workarounds?
You'll have to rename it,
You'll have to rename it, install and change back. The directory structure/location of unity has to be exactly like a vanilla (non unity hub) install.
