Character falling through floor

Hello

I have setup a character that can run around a small environment and all works fine. I created a holder for the scene / character and then attach that to the ImageTarget and this is where it all goes wrong.

As soon as I run the scene the character falls through the floor. Someone posted a change to the ImageTarget default handler to suspend physics / time when the target is lost.. and this works.. but the minute the target is found my character falls through the floor again...

Any suggestions?

 

BTW, I am not a very experienced coder.. just starting out.

One way possible to solve this is make an invisible platform below the target. Draw a big enough but not too thick box in blender, triangulate the mesh, and import that with colliders as .obj. One thing I found with Vuforia is when the camera is at any angle at all to the target, and it usually will be, the target is what tilts instead of the camera, so anything on there slides off!
