Is this even possible?

We have a web app that creates a cloud database of target images.

But our mobile app runs on devices that dont have internet connections so we manually download the cloud database as a device database and proceed from there.

We'd like to automate this manual process... is there any API we can call to grab a device db down from Vuforia?
