External camera on UWP

Hi,

I'm working on a uwp app that should work with an external camera. I heard that on previous versions of Vuforia we could easily change camera by using:

VuforiaConfiguration.Instance.WebCam.DeviceNameSetInEditor

but its seems to be not working anymore...

I don't have the knowledge/competencies to create a driver and the documentation is so poor on this subject that it's mission impossible. Have you any ideas to help me or can someone help me to understand how to create my driver? It's so frustrating to see that I can easily select my camera in Unity but I can't export an app which directly access to it...
