Get the position of the tracked object

Hi all,

Is there any way to get the position of the tracked object in C# without using Pose Matrix? Any help is appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

Hello Anastasia,

I apologize for such a delayed response.

In Unity, instead of using the pose matrix you can get the position of the tracked item by getting the position of the Unity Transform associated with the Image Target Behaviour. For example, in our sample project, the ImageTargetChips Transform will contain the positional data of the tracked object and can be accessed in code via the "DefaultTrackableEventHandler.cs" script with the following line of code:

mTrackableBehaviour.transform.position

Thanks,
