"Get Premium" overlay although I've got a license

February 7, 2022 - 6:21am #1

Hey!

I'm currently developing an update of my released app. I've got a license (Classic model) and use it to track Object Targets. In my latest build from today, there appears a watermark on the app (that wasn't there yesterday). Is it possible I've uploaded a file wrongly into the target database? Making it a model target instead of an object target?

Thanks!

"Get Premium" overlay although I've got a license

Thanks for the information, Patrick.

But it's an existing app I'm maintaining - is there a workaround to this? Should I roll back to version 9 of the SDK? I'm not sure how I should explain to the customer that suddenly the app I'm maintaining needs a complete rework.

Hey there,

Object Targets were moved to the Premium Plan after the licensing changes, and have been deprecated since v10.4.4. Moving forward it is recommended to use Model Targets. There's a new article about how to create Model Targets from 3D scans: https://library.vuforia.com/model-targets/how-create-model-targets-3d-scans
