Hi,
What's the best way for us to track the corner of a room?
The two walls will have a printed image on both of them with no actual furniture blocking the images.
The walls will be static and at a 90 degree angle.
I've attached a quick illustration of how the walls will be.
If it was viewing the walls from the outside, then we could use a cube target as it would be similar to a box, but there doesn't seem to be a way of inverting that so that you're seeing the box from the inside.
What we want is content to appear on the walls whether you're pointing at either the left wall, right wall or both walls.
Some of the content will be on the walls but some of the content will be shared.. so maybe a piece of furniture in the corner.
If nobody has any ideas, then we'll probably just go with two seperate image targets, one for each wall... but it would be nice to be able to use them 'together'.
Any ideas?
Thanks, Pete
Multitargets are the way to
Multitargets are the way to go. You can define custom faces of it within the xml with any translation and orientation not just cubes.
Some of the process is described towards the end of this page:
