How much is ARCore leveraged into Ground Plane?

Hello,

 

I'm using Ground Plane with ARCore compatible, and Fusion supported devices. Does ARCore take priority of GP's tracking algorithm? Meaning, if I were to build an app using just ARCore, would I get the same tracking results?

Platform CV providers (ARKit, ARCore) are always prioritized over Vuforia VISLAM for Model Target and Ground Plane tracking.
