Vuforia version: 9.8.5
Hi there, I'm facing an issue where the image target is tracked and the 3d model (as a content) is shown but the 3d model is unstable.
This is the second version of our app with more than 100 image targets. In our first version with around 30 targets, we did not face this problem. Is this problem because we have too many image targets in one scene? or is the problem something else?
I have attached ZIP of videos showing the problem.
Hope to solve it soon with the help!
Thanks,
Dan.
Hey there,
Hey there,
Which device are you currently testing on? Also, how many stars do the image targets have? Is this issue appearing on every image target, or some of them?
Kind regards,
Patrick Scheper
Hi Patrick Scheper, thank you
Hi Patrick Scheper, thank you for your response!
The issue is on all iOS devices.
All image targets have good ratings (4/5).
Issue is appearing on all image targets.
Do you need more details?
Thanks,
Dan.

Hey Dan,
Hey Dan,
Would you be able to test the tracking without the device tracker enabled (see attachment)?
Does that make the tracking more stable?

Hey there,
Sorry that you feel it's taking forever, but I asked below if you could disable the device tracker and check if the tracking is more stable?
Kind regards,

Hi Patrick Scheper, sorry for late response as I was testing a lot of scenarios and yes you are right disabling device tracker solves the issue!
I need the device tracker on because we are using extended tracking. How to solve it without disabling tracker?
