Hi!
Unity 2018.2.17
Vuforia 7.5.26
I've recently updated to these versions and everything is working fine on the PC. When I build to Android and upload to google play and then update to my android device the targets are not recognized. What I mean is the camera is working fine but nothing happens when the targets are in the field of view. Again, all is fine on the PC and I did the build in iOS and it works on the iPhone.
Using a Samsung Galaxy Note 5 but have confirmed it is not functioning on Note 8 also.
Please let me know how this can be resolved.
Hello,
Hello,
When authoring the app, did you specify a split OBB?

Thanks,
Vuforia Engine Support
Yes I am splitting the OBB
Yes I am splitting the OBB due to the size of the file. I have noticed that in my progeny there is vuforia but also a vuforia extension. Would that be a cause? I’ve responded to emails with some specific warnings if you would take a look.

Update*- I reduced the build
Update*- I reduced the build size down to below the 100 MB so I wouldn’t have to split the code and everything works perfectly. So this is an issue of splitting into obb file. Is there a work around?
Hi,
Hi,
I have exactly the same problem..
Could you explain how you proceed with more details to fix that problem please ?
(I just started Unity and Vuforia few days ago, so totally beginner)
