IOS black screen first time app is opened

Hi, so Ive searched all over for a possible answer but whenever the app is install the first time it runs I am jus getting a black screen. However after shuitting ti down and trying again it works. Cool that it works but I cant publish that unfortunetly  The only hint so far has been https://developer.vuforia.com/forum/unity/known-issues-unity-20191? where they say its hould be fixed in a previous version

 

Im currently using 9.6.4 and Unity 2019.4.16, so my current thought is I need to roll back versions

The behaviour described seems to be as mentioned here: https://developer.vuforia.com/forum/unity/known-issue-unity-2019314-or-later-fixed-928 which was adressed in 9.2.8.

Could you please reproduce the error and provide us the entire log?
