Is it possible to rotate 3D object based on captured user defined target image

I am using Unity plus 2017.3.1 with Vuforia UDT. When adding 3D object on UDT, at runtime(as soon as high or medium quality frame detected) with object rotation of X:120,Y:0,Z:270.It adds properly. If I hold my mobile in portrait mode,it adds object and it looks object face ourself properly. If I hold mobile in slanting,it adds object but it doesn't face ourself properly.Because the object rotation is static based on Captured image target.

So,Is it possible to rotate 3D object based on captured user defined target image. So that, the 3d Object always face ourself properly. Is it any to do like this?
