Limit Vuforia to a certain area

Is it somehow possible to limit Vuforia tracking to a certain area so it completely ignores possible targets outside of the area?

The underlying problem is having two identical image/object targets in the real world.

The Issue: We currently are trying to track some objects using the Vuforia Object Scanner. All those objects are kind of similar - apparently too similar for Vuforia => sometimes it recognizes the wrong object.

It is impossible for Vuforia to track identical markers multiple times (makes sense) so what happens is that even though the correct object is closer / better to track, Vuforia sticks to the very first target it recognized until it becomes `lost`.

The same applies (even more) to e.g. having the same image target twice in the real world.

So what we would like to do: Somehow limit Vuforia to a certain regeion/screen space so that even though there are other identical targets in our field of view they are completely ignored, allowing Vuforia to only serach for targets in our predefined region/screen space.

Is there any option how something like this can be accomplished? (e.g. using a Mask or somehow controll the render texture Vuforia receives)

Hello,

Apologies for the previous mistaken post. I've deleted them since they are not relevant to this thread.
