Manipulating object from ImageTarget1 using ImageTarget2 which is a virtual button

Hello!

Is it possible to manipulate an object from ImageTarget1 using ImageTarget2 which is a virtual button?

Most tutorials I find have the object and the virtual button children of the same ImageTarget, but I don't need that unfortunately.
