Multiple Image Targets with Position Device Tracker

Hey all.

So I've recently updated to Vuforia 7.2.20 and been impressed with the quality of the extended tracking feature using the new positional device tracker with Image Target optimization settings and it seems to work great for a single Image Target with a FIRST_TARGET world center mode AR Camera

However, my setup is of a room that you can see from the inside and use different markers placed around the room to reset the AR view to an "anchor" point of sorts that will reset the camera to it's correct position because the Image Target is correctly set within that room. This also means that Vuforia must be able to target more than one marker simultaneously because two markers might be in view, and Vuforia need to correctly calculate it's positions using the two markers in view relative to the room.

This whole setup seemed to work fine in the previous version of Vuforia (although with poor positional device tracking capabilities), but using this latest version when a second marker is tracked for some reason it appears to move to the position fo the first marker detected and the camera repositions itself to the spot where the first marker was detected.

I can provide more details if needed, but my setup is fairly simple.

Any ideas or insight into why this is happening would be welcome.

Thanks!

Hi Ignacio

Could you find a solution for this issue? I'm facing the same behaviour. I did not have set it up with Vuforia 7 but now with Vuforia 8.0 and i'm struggeling too and think my camera is behaving like you described.

Hello @urancle,

Can you provide a video of the behavior your observing? It would be very helpful to understand what is occurring.

Thanks,
