Need to implement a quality inspection application

I want to implement an ar application having component identification, inspection and navigation for the user to move accordingly anyone have any idea how to implement this as i am beginner in ar.

Is it possible through vuforia sdk if possible how can i use a

3d model as target

camera centre position and activate target when centre position maps to it

please assist as i am new to this environment just starting in ar development. I already searched a lot but not getting any positive results.

Although I cannot say this 100%, I'm fairly confident that this application *does not* use Vuforia Engine SDK. It looks to be strictly using HoloLens spacial mapping for tracking.
