Scale the right way

Hey everybody,

I'm trying to build an interactive instruction manual for my bachelor thesis. The application should be quite simple, just wanted to make sure, that my object (few lego blocks) is tracked and after that showing some bricks on top of it.

I got the object tracking to work quite well, or let's say, it is working good enough...

My problem is to show the next step of the building process on the right place.

Currently in the Scene Window it looks like this:

I thought that the cube is representing my object, maybe it is but the dimensions are not exacly what they should be... After launching the application and a successfull tracking it looks like this in game mode:

I tried around and scaled down the object target etc. Also moved around the game object's and this was what I got out:

Looking good enough I think. So I thought, if I just put all the values like they are displayed in Game mode into Scene mode and save the scene everything should be working directly on startup. But the problem is, that's not true. After starting again I got a similar result like it was before.

Is there anything I have done wrong or anything I have maybe forgotten to store?

Maybe some of you had a similar problem before and could give me some tips.
