Scanning for information out of a target / Answer Sheet?

Hi There,

I'm wanting to use some sort of augmented reality/ computer vision technology so that I can scan an answer sheet for a quiz/exam and be able to send that information to a server. I'd need to be able to input the template sheet for layout, while being able to grab information like their name and their answers.

Is this possible to do with Vuforia?
