Hello,
Sorry that this is a very basic question but I can't seem to be able to find anywhere that talks about about how to show or hide a 3D object with a button onClick. (I'm using example names for the models so it's hopefully easier to write about.)
My hierarchy for the scene is shown in the attached image. (Making it look nice/make sense was next to impossible in this editor.)
What I am trying to accomplish is, when the scene loads in only 3DModel_One is visible when Vuforia detects the target image and renders the models. But then I press a GUI button on screen, and 3DMidel_Two appears. So far the closest I have gotten is pressing the button, and the button disappears.... So not much. In my C# file (lets call, ModelAppear.cs), I don't know how to call the 3DModel_Two.
Of course, the moment I post
Of course, the moment I post this question I try some off the wall idea that I know won't work and of course it works.
I created the C# file 'ModelAppears.cs', and inside it I add
public GameObject 3DModel_One;
public GameObject 3DModel_Two;
