Solved: Was Vuforia rolled back in patch 3?

Edit to update: Apologies, I was confusing the standard installers with the patch installers - somehow I'd managed to get the "more info" version of the Unity Help page up with confirmed that my build was from December. I'll try again with the correct version.

According to the sticky announcement, Unity 2017.3.0.p2 contains Vuforia version 7.0.43, however according to one of Unity's What's New pages, Unity only contains 7.0.36.

I've been trying to use the new Ground Plane features which work fine in the emulator, but not on my Samsung S7 Edge, which is supposed to support it if I'm using 7.0.43 (basically I don't get any ground plane targeting).

The Unity patch notes for 2017.3.0p2 note the correct version of Vuforia, however when I open the Vuforia configuation on the AR camera, it states:
Vuforia Version 7.0.36
I'm running Unity 2017.3.0f3 - which I assume is the same as "Patch 3"?

Image removed.

Was the version of Vuforia reverted, or did Unity not update to the right one?

Vuforia 7.0.36 is the correct version with Unity 2017.3.0f3. What is the issue you are having?
