stuck on compiling database | Engine Developer Portal

so, i made a target in target manager section but when i click on download database, a pop-up comes saying compiling database and nothing happens!

fixed by changing image

fixed by changing image format from png to jpg

It works now. The reason it didn't work before is because the server was down. So, if anybody got this problem from the future, don't panic.

Same for me, I made 8 Device Databases with about 60 Targets each. One of them always gets stuck... will I have to reupload again? By the way, why is there still no bulk upload available (AND no VWS)? And why can't I edit the size of targets after upload?

Same Problem here. Also made 16 Device Databases. 15 could be downloaded without problem. But one won't. Just get's stuck while "Compiling Database". Created a new one with same targets. Still no luck, changed name (Very short, no special characters...), nothing.

The dev ops team believes it has resolved the issue relating to the Target Manager's performance. We've introduced additional monitoring to more quickly address this specific issue if it arises again.

I am currently having difficulties when compiling the database. I am trying do compile a 65 target database and it get stuck while compiling to later say It took too long to compile. Is there any way I can fix this? Or is the only way of fixing it reducing the target database's size?
