UI-canvas break performance

I don't understand. I googled all internet.

Sometimes in the project with Vuforia my 3D-models start to terribly brake. But when I recreate a new project some time all right and later this problem appears again.

I conducted an experiment: I took off each gameobject and had look what changed. And I identified this problem in UI canvas. When I take off canvas all right. But it is not all. I change render mode. If I use the Screen Space Camera or World then all right. But if the screen space overlay is all terribly.

I don't understand what I can to do. Help, please, I need somebody.
