Unity 2017.3: Virtual Reality Support with Oculus Rift and Vuforia

January 4, 2018 - 3:24am #1

Hi guys,

I use Unity 2017.3 latest version and an Oculus Rift CV1. I want to stream the "Game View" of the Editor to the Oculus and use Vuforia at the same time. When I enable "Virtual Reality Support" and use the Oculus VR SDK AND enable "Vuforia Augmented Reality Support" in the Player Settings in the Unity Editor the "Game View" is not streamed into the Oculus Rift. It is just displayed in the Editor.

The image in the Oculus shows the "Please wait..." thing which is displayed when a program is still loading. But Unity won't ever stop loading :/

Is this behaviour a bug? Is there a workaround?

Cheers,

Christian
