Is unity compulsory to develope vuforia engine app?

Hi,

I am totaly new on vuforia engine, so want to know, is it compulsory that unity software is required for developing app or we can use without this additional license. Also i am not able to get the document related to build your first vuforia engine app by android studio or visual studio without unity.

Hello,

You can also develop the app in native languages (Android, iOS, UWP), which is significantly more complex due to rendering. This is the value of using Unity.
