Unity stops working with "Integrated Webcam"

With "Integrated Webcam" selected under the "Camera Device" selection, Unity stops working after I hit play. It just freezes. No crashing, no error messages.

• It said "No webcam profile has been found" before, but the problem persists after adding the device to the profiles list.

• When I try selecting other devices, such as "DroidCam Source 3" it works fine.

• The "Integrated Webcam" device works fine on other apps like Discord and Google Chrome.

• The device drivers are up to date.

• My current Unity version is 2018.3.12f1, but I have also tried unsuccessfully on Unity 2018.2.21f1 and 2017.4.25f1.

• My Vuforia version is 8.1.7

I have a same problem. Integrated Webcam not working.
So solution is to buy another usb camera??
