Unity stuck at resolving packages after upgrading to 9.8.5

Hi everyone,

My Unity project is stuck at "Resolving Packages" step and the project won't open after upgrading my Vuforia package to 9.8.5. I tried to remove Vuforia and re-import it again but that didn't solve my problem. Any help would be appreciated.

I use Unity ver 2019.4.21f1 on mac (I also tried opening project on a different computer, still no luck).
