Unity + Vuforia freeze on play

Hi, When I place AR camera into Unity scene and hit play, Unity just freeze. Sometimes it open camera, but usually it freeze. I have Unity 2018.4.6 and Vuforia 8.3.8 . I tried with different version but same problem. I also tried adding my webcam profile (Program Files\Unity 2018.4.6\Editor\Data\PlaybackEngines\VuforiaSupport\VuforiaResources) but nothing better.

I've tested with Unity 2019.1.9f1 and Vuforia 8.3.8, with external usb camera ( c920 logitech) and the integrated camera from my laptop and I was *not* able to reproduce the behavior. Also I've used the Vuforia Core samples as test project.

1. Integrated camera for laptop (dell n7110)
2. It is listed as Integrated webcam.
3. Yes. It works in other apps.
4. It worked before. 

Hi,

If it worked before, the issue could be related to a 3rd party software which had access to the vuforia/unity files, for ex. like an antivirus.

Does your scene contain other GameObjects besides the Vuforia AR Camera? and does it work without the AR Camera in the scene?

I think changing compatibility mode for Unity exe fixes this.
