Update 7.1.34 Mac is not working

Hi,

I am having trouble installng the latest update. Alhough I am using the Unity 2018.1.1f1 Engine and also downloaded and installed it manually the Vuforia ARCamera and the Vuforia config tell me that I am still on 7.1.31. What am I missing and what else can I do?

same here, the installer for 7.1.34 fails

macOS High Sierra 10.13.4

Hello,

If your Unity is installed as a standalone, you'll need to make sure the Unity version you are upgrading is in the following directory: Applications/Unity.

If your Unity is installed via the Unity Hub, please follow the instructions on this page: https://developer.vuforia.com/forum/unity/updating-vuforia-version-when-using-unity-hub

Also sorry for not searching in the forums before posting here! I got to this thread via search engine, so it's good to have the solution linked here as well now.

After following the instructions the update finally worked.

Hi, 

thanks for your answer. I don´t use Unity Hub and have Unity3D in the mentioned folder. I just deinstalled and reinstalled everything and it still show the messaging. Does Unity / Vuforia store the version information somewhere else in the library or somewhere?

Finally removing Unity3D and reinstallation of Unity3D and the VuforiaSupportInstaller-Mac-7-1-35 sovled it.
