The upload image is blurry in TargetManager.

September 6, 2017 - 12:47am #1

Hi,

If I upload image of 362*512 pixels, it will be blurry!  I think this is the reason for the AR model shaking, please see the 20170822101545.zip.

When I use the image target of vuforia example, that will be better. I saw that, the image target of vuforia example is very clear, please see CatchA13D(09-06-15-30-24).jpg.

But my image target is very blurry, and it's 362*512 pixels. Please see Catch9B53(09-06-15-30-24).jpg.

Can you tell me how to fix this, Thank you!

Yes, if I use the image for tracking in Unity, the AR model on it will be very shaking, please the attch named 20170822101545.zip.

But if I use the vuforia example image named "stones(Please see the attch named CatchA13D(09-06-15-30-24).jpg) for tracking in Unity, and my AR model is same, it will not be shaking. I don't why my uploading image will be blurry, and the example image is very clear. I think this is the reason for my model shake.

And if I upload the "stones" image in vuforia example package to the Target Manager, it will be blurry, why?

Why if I upload the image it will be blurry, but you give to me the example image is very clear, Do you have any special treatment to show good results for example???

Please give me the solution to the model shake, and do not give me the link below, I read it completely. Thanks

I uploaded your image to a dataset of my own and am seeing it become blurry as well. However, it is still getting a 5 star rating and when I load it into Unity, I have no problems detecting and tracking it. Are you seeing poor detection and tracking with this image?

I'll see if I can get you more information as to why it is blurry upon uploading.

Thanks,

Hello Gonyu,

Could you attach the original image you uploaded to the Target Manager so I can test it please?
