URL Video not played in Android but works in Unity Editor

I use Unity 2019.4.12f1 and the latest Vuforia. I want to play video using URL. When trying at Unity Editor the video played well, but after I Build to Android APK and install it on my phone, the video not played, only blank white/black screen (also no sound) already wait for 3-5mins still blank. Btw, when I use VideoClip (not URL) the video played on the Android APK. Only URL one not worked. Please help I'm new to this (>_<)
