USB Camera on UWP

For Vuforia 6.2.10 on Unity, UWP compilation, I select the external USB camera on the Editor but when I compile the system reverts to using the laptop's embedded camera.

How can I solve this issue?

Vuforia is not compatible with external USB cameras.
