Using Android device camera which is connected via USB cable to the PC

Hi everyone, I have read the documentation but couldn't really understand what I should do in order to use my android device's camera in play mode. I have downloaded SDK and driver sample but I'm not quite sure which ones are needed and if I've done anything useful about this topic. Can someone please explain to me what I should do?

The driver sample is for connecting an usb camera to the android phone.

I don't believe we support using the android phone camera as a webcam for Unity, however I seen it work on different devices in the past. The steps that have been taken to make it work is as follows.
