Using Vuforia for multiple targets

How do i use Vuforia to scan multiple targets at once - is there anything specific that can be done to stabilise multiple target recognition - sometimes the experiences are tilted or flickering.

You can track up to 5 Image distinct Image Targets and up to 2 Object Targets.
