Virtual Button to control behavior on a different Image Target

Hi everyone,

I am a designer with no coding background recently looking into making some ar applications using Vuforia.

I am wondering if you could program a virtual button in Image Target A, and make this virtual button control behaviors in a different Image Target(Let's call it Image Target B).

To further explain this, I have two image target A and B under the same AR Camera, and I want to make the virtual button in Image Target A to control whether to play a video on a plane under the Image Target B.
