I am using unity 2018.2.8f1 and Vuforia 7.5.26 but I having errors when build to Android
the error is :
Unable to find shader Custom/VideoBackground
please Any help

Vuforia recently moved the video background shaders to Vuforia assets and out of the Unity Editor. This should go away when accepting the popup message to update assets.
