Vuforia Ground plane Error build

when i build the ground plane for android, this erros shows. Im using Unity 2017.3.0f1 (64-bit).

Error:C:\Program Files (x86)\Android\android-sdk\tools is not a directory. calculated from system property com.android.sdkmanager.toolsdir

CommandInvokationFailure: Unable to resolve build tools directory.
